Refund policy

At TENEL, we stand behind the quality of our products.

60-day guarantee – feel the difference or get refunded.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of delivery. We do not require you to send the product back.


1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you try TENEL and decide it is not for you, you may request a refund under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, provided that:

  • The purchase was made on our official website (tenel.co).

  • You submit your refund request within 60 days of the delivery date as indicated by the carrier.

  • The request relates to the original order for that product (one satisfaction refund per product per customer/order).

Because our products are consumable, we do not require you to return any remaining product to us. In some cases, we may ask brief questions about your experience in order to improve our products and services.


2. What Is Refunded

Under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • We refund:

    • The full product price paid for the eligible item.

  • We do not refund:

    • Shipping fees charged at checkout

    • Any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by authorities in your country

    • Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider


3. How to Request a Refund

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief description of why the product did not meet your expectations (optional but helpful)

If your request meets the conditions of this policy, we will approve the refund and process it to your original method of payment.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, we generally process refunds within two weeks.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In most cases, this can take an additional 3–10 business days after we have processed the refund.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@tenel.co

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, where possible

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, a refund of the product price, or another suitable remedy.


6. Purchases from Third Parties

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from tenel.co.

If you purchased TENEL products from a retailer, marketplace, or any other third party, their own return and refund policies will apply. Please contact them directly for assistance.


7. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

All wholesale and bulk sales are final. Wholesale and bulk orders are not subject to the 60-day satisfaction guarantee and are not eligible for return or refund.

For the purposes of this policy, an order is considered Wholesale or Bulk if:

  • It utilized a specific wholesale discount code or tiered volume pricing.

  • It consists of 5 or more units of the same product in a single transaction.

The only exception to this is for items that arrive damaged or defective, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery as outlined in Section 5.


8. Subscription Orders

For customers on a subscription plan, the 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to the initial order. All subsequent recurring subscription renewals are final and are not eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. It is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to the next billing date if they do not wish to receive further shipments.


9. Legal Rights

This policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory local law, the provisions of the applicable law will prevail.
